These Terms of Service govern your use of the GoodBite Kitchen website and services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Menu availability, prices, and fees are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken through secure third party processors at the time of order. We may reject or cancel an order if items are unavailable, payment fails, or there is a clear error. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a prompt refund to your original method.

Delivery and collection

We deliver within the stated service area and aim to meet your chosen time window. Actual timing can vary due to traffic or other factors. If no one is available at the address, we may leave the order in a safe place or with reception when appropriate. Risk in the items passes on delivery or collection. Please refrigerate chilled items promptly and consume within the labelled shelf life.

Allergens and dietary information

We label major allergens and offer vegan and gluten free options. Our kitchen handles allergens. While we reduce cross contact, we cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free of allergens. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering so we can advise.

Cancellations and refunds

For standard deliveries you can cancel up to 2 hours before the start of your delivery window for a full refund. After that window, food may already be prepared and a refund may not be possible. For catering orders, deposits are non refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may incur up to 100 percent of the quoted price to cover production and staffing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Catering terms

Catering bookings may require a deposit to secure the date. Final guest numbers are due at least 3 working days before service. We provide disposable servingware unless otherwise agreed. Venue access, parking, and power must be available if hot equipment is used. You are responsible for obtaining any venue approvals. Additional staffing, equipment hire, and losses or damage may be charged as agreed in the quote.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to bypass security, scrape content, or interfere with our services. You must not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing material. We may suspend or end access where we believe terms are breached.

Intellectual property

All website content including text, graphics, logos, and photos is owned by or licensed to GoodBite Kitchen Ltd and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse content without permission other than for personal, non commercial use.

Third party services

We may link to or integrate with third party platforms such as payment providers or mapping tools. We are not responsible for third party content or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy notices.

Limitation of liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be limited under law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GoodBite Kitchen Ltd against reasonable claims, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services, except to the extent caused by our negligence.

Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Non essential cookies are used with your consent and can be managed via the banner at any time.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring claims in their local courts. We encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve any issue quickly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or the law. When we post changes, the effective date at the top of the page will be updated. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
